We repair and service FDM printers, including Bambu Lab (printers and AMS units) and Creality. If you have another brand, message us on WhatsApp with the model and the problem and we'll tell you if we can help.

Tell us what's going wrong (photos or a short video help), then drop your printer off with us. We diagnose it, explain what's wrong, and let you know when it's ready to collect.

Diagnosis is a fixed fee based on your printer model, starting from SGD 90. The full price list is on our repair page. The repair itself depends on the fault and any parts needed, so we quote it after diagnosis. Every repair comes with a 7-day warranty.

Yes. We work with businesses, schools and makerspaces that run several printers, whether you need a batch of machines repaired or regular maintenance to keep them running. Email us with your printer models, how many you have and what you need, and we'll get back to you with a quote.

No, repairs are for Singapore customers only. Filament, accessories and custom prints can ship worldwide.

Prints are priced by the filament they use: SGD 0.25 per gram for PLA or PETG and SGD 0.30 for TPU, plus a SGD 5 handling fee per order, with a SGD 8 minimum. Each extra colour adds SGD 1 per order, whether it's copies in different colours or several colours in one part; the second also flushes some filament at every colour change. Each nozzle size other than the standard 0.4mm adds SGD 2 per order. An order can hold several files, each with its own material and colours. It's an estimate, not a slicer. We work out how much filament your model needs from its size, walls and infill, and add 2% for the brim. Supports are on by default: we estimate them from the parts of your model that overhang, as it's oriented in the file. Multi-colour prints also flush filament on every layer change, which we estimate separately. It's usually close, and we always confirm the final price before printing anything.

Yes. There's no minimum quantity, so you can order a single part or hundreds — orders just start at SGD 8.

PLA, PETG and TPU. PLA suits prototypes, display pieces and light-use parts. PETG is tougher and more heat- and water-resistant, so it's better for functional or semi-outdoor parts, though long direct UV exposure will still degrade it. TPU 95A is flexible and rubbery, for phone cases, bumpers, grips and seals; it comes in white or black, one colour per part.

STL, 3MF, OBJ and STEP. If you don't have a file, our design service can create one from your idea, sketch or reference image.

Most print orders are completed within 2–5 business days. Larger or complex orders may take longer. Contact us if you need a rush order.

Yes, prints, filament and accessories ship worldwide. Self-collection in Singapore is free.
